Are the transportation prices calculated per vehicle or per person ?.
All our prices are per vehicle, not per person.
Do I have to share the vehicle with somebody else ?.
No, transportation service is private.
What are the acceptable payment methods ?.
You can pay with cash and traveler checks. Please note you have to cover full payment before your trip. If you cancel at the last moment you'll pay 100% service any way.
Are your vehicles full equipped ?.
Yes, the driver is dotted with first aids equipment, baby chairs (under request in your reservation form as a comment), AC and music.
Do I have to pay Taxes ?.
No, taxes are included, please check also, all our services includes full coverage insurance.
Can we be picked up late midnight or early in the morning ?.
Yes, We work 24 hours a day and 365 a year, at any time.
How will we locate our taxi driver after the flight arrives to the airport ?.
The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it, he will meet you just outside the exit of the terminal building; All our taxi drivers are wearing a white shirt, so please look carefully for the sign with your name. The airport terminal can be very crowded, If, for some reason you cannot locate your driver, please call us immediately, our hot line is (local call): 044 998 874 02 56.
What will happen if our flight gets delayed ?.
Don,t worry, our company continuously verifies all incoming flights. So it does not matter how delayed your flight is, or how early it is, there will be a driver waiting for you.
Can your office contact the driver while he is on service ?.
Yes, we can contact him, all drivers carries a cell phone.
How long does the journey take from the Cancun international airport to my destination ?.
45 minutes in average, for example: to Playa del Carmen 30 minutes, to Akumal 1 hour, to Tulum 1 and a half hours.
Do your company offers other services different from airport trips ?.
Yes, we offer shopping trips, sightseeing tours and hourly/daily hire.
Are the prices to different tours all included ?.
Our prices includes only transportation, do not includes snacks, tourist guides, archaeological zones tickets, quota house, parking quota, etc.
Will the driver stop for groceries on the way to our destination ?.
Yes, under request, for an additional $20 per hour waiting time with 1 hour minimum.
Do I have to pay If I decide to cancel the services at last hour ?.
Yes, you have to cover 100% of the rates.
